Aviator high multipliers: how rare they really are
Screenshots of 200x rounds are real and deeply misleading. Here is the frequency behind them.

High multipliers are Aviator's advertising. A screenshot of a 240x round travels through WhatsApp groups in minutes, and it is genuine — those rounds happen. What the screenshot cannot show is how many rounds passed in between, which is the number that decides whether chasing them makes sense.
The rough frequency
As an approximation, a round reaches a multiplier of Nx roughly one time in N — slightly less often once the house edge is accounted for. So around one round in ten reaches 10x, one in fifty reaches 50x, and one in a hundred reaches 100x.
That means a 100x round is not exotic; it is ordinary at the scale of a few hundred rounds. It is just very far away when you are betting one round at a time.
Why the payoff does not compensate
It compensates exactly, minus the edge. Aiming at 100x pays a hundred times the stake and lands about one round in a hundred, so the expected return is the same roughly 97% you get at 1.50x. There is no bonus for patience.
What changes is the shape. At 100x you will typically endure two or three hundred losing rounds around each hit. At a stake of 1% of your balance, that arithmetic ends the session long before the hit arrives.
The stake maths for high targets
To survive a target that lands one round in a hundred, a stake needs to be a fraction of a percent of your balance — otherwise a normal dry spell is fatal rather than tedious.
This is why high-multiplier play is only sensible as a small side bet: use the second bet panel with a token stake while your main bet exits at a modest target. The upside stays possible, the balance survives.
- Target 10x: expect dry runs of thirty or more rounds.
- Target 50x: dry runs of a hundred and fifty rounds are ordinary.
- Target 100x+: hundreds of losing rounds between hits, routinely.
Why screenshots distort judgement
You see wins because people post wins. Nobody screenshots the four hundred rounds that funded that 240x, and nobody posts the balance that ran out at round three hundred and eighty.
Some screenshots are also outright fabrications used to sell predictor apps and signal groups. A picture of a large multiplier is not evidence that anyone anticipated it.
The one thing high multipliers do tell you
Their existence explains the distribution. A 97% RTP with frequent small returns can only balance if very large outcomes occur occasionally — those rare rounds are paid for by the many that end below 2x.
So they are not a glitch or a generosity setting. They are a structural part of how the numbers add up.
If you want to chase them anyway
- Use a token stake you could lose three hundred times without concern.
- Set the target with auto cashout so a lag spike cannot cost you the one round that lands.
- Never fund the chase by raising stakes after losses.
- Set a round count or loss limit in advance and stop there, hit or no hit.
- Withdraw a large win rather than staking it back — that is the only version of this that ends well.
Frequently asked questions
How often does Aviator hit 100x?
Roughly one round in a hundred, slightly less once the house edge is applied — ordinary over hundreds of rounds, very far away round by round.
Is chasing high multipliers a good strategy?
It has the same expected return as any other target, with far higher variance. Only sensible with a token stake you can lose hundreds of times.
What is the maximum Aviator multiplier?
Very large multipliers are possible and appear occasionally, but they cannot be anticipated and should not be planned around.
